The Sullivan Amateur Radio Club now has a digipeater on the air, high atop the tower at Missouri Baptist-Sullivan hospital. The digi is on the air 24×7, backed up with emergency power. To access it, tune your VHF radio to 145.070. The digi alias is MOSULL…and any packet it hears addressed to it will be digipeated. Stations from Pacific to Jefferson City have been heard using the digi already! A packet-based email system is in the works of being brought on-line (we are in the testing phase now)…stay tuned for updates on that project.
