N0NOE At the January club meeting, Chris Westrick resigned as President of the club. I believe Chris served for over six years and we very much appreciate his efforts and contributions to the club.
According to Article II, Section 3 of the club’s bylaws: “Vacancies, between normal elections, within the club officers and/or Board of Directors must be filled by special ballot, at the first regular meeting after which the withdrawal or resignation has been announced.” Therefor, we will conduct an election to fill the position of President at the February club meeting. Please try to attend.
