N0NOE Here we are at the close of another year and there are so many things for which we in the club have to be thankful. But rather than look backwards, I’d like to encourage all of us to look forward! There are so many things we can do this year, but it requires all of us to get involved. We have a fund raiser scheduled this spring, we’ve already started to think about what we’ll do this year at Field Day! We will make more improvements in our club’s repeater systems. Those are the things that are on the schedule now, but what would YOU like to do?
The schedule is wide open! If you have an idea, or a dream of what you’d like to see happen, or something you’d like to learn, then it’s time for you to step up and tell us what you’d like to see! Each of us has something to offer, if not in a project, then in what we know. Don’t get trapped into thinking that everyone must know what you do, because it’s just not true. Think of something you can share with us!
This club shouldn’t just run on the ideas of a few. We have lots of time and energy and we need your involvement! At our January meeting, I’ll be asking for ideas, so think about what you want to do and tell us at the meeting!
