From The Desk Of William S. Higgins
So, our first POTA of the year is less than a week away on Monday, April 7th. We will be going to Onondaga State Park just outside of Leasburg. We’ll be at the main pavilion which is a beautiful place to do POTA. My plan is to bring bratwursts, buns, mustard, relish and I will grill them for whomever is there. To do so, I need to know who all is planning to come. I’ll make 2 brats per person. Sides and your drinks are on you. Please let us know in signal or on social media here if you are planning to come so I can get a reasonably accurate count. Current weather forecast for Monday is sunny with a high of 54 degrees, so it might be chilly. Come prepared to stay warm! I’m looking forward to seeing you all there!
When we start depends on who you ask. Pretty sure Wayne will be there by 8:00. Most everyone else will be there by 10:00. Don’t let that dissuade you from coming early though. Wayne almost always brings coffee and donuts to help get the day started right! I’d say if you want to bring something then any kind of cold side dish, chips, or a dessert would work fine. I’ll have paper plates, napkins and plastic utensils for us to use.

Please let us know if you are bringing something to share to eat so we won’t have duplicates. Also bring a chair. We aren’t sure which pavilion we will be at just yet.
